This page is the ledger. Every future change to these docs gets a dated entry here: what changed, what it said before, and which source moved it. An undated change is a bug.

2026-08-29 — docs launch

Three things shipped:

• The site is published.
• Every page carries verification frontmatter: verified_by names the sources actually used on that page, verified_at dates the check, and the page footer renders both.
• This ledger is established.

Corrections adopted at launch

Each of these was caught in the pre-launch source sweep and shipped corrected on day one.

• Monad block and finality figures updated to 300ms blocks and 600ms full finality per current docs.monad.xyz; the Vessel litepaper and MONSKILLS v0.7.2 still print the older 400ms/800ms figures and are stale on this point.
• monadexplorer.com dropped; these docs link the explorer set current docs.monad.xyz publishes (MonadVision and Monadscan, mainnet and testnet), and the conflicting viem and ethereum-lists entries are recorded as a source conflict.
• Pendle found already live on Monad mainnet (core contracts deployed; router bytecode confirmed on-chain this session); the tier for the Vessel integration stays PLANNED because no Vessel or Hull market exists there.
• Perpl delegated-account description corrected against its README (separated owner and operator roles behind a function-selector allowlist); the "whitelist-only DeFi delegation" phrase describes the separate PerplFoundation invairiant repo and was removed.

Statuses at launch
